CDT Technology Mentoring Program Delivers Real World Experience

CDT has created a mentoring program for college-level Student Assistants to introduce them to real world public IT.  This program provides professional work experience in the students’ fields of interest and degrees and offers them an opportunity to develop technical skills, as well as soft skills. Our hope is that the program will encourage them to become part of a dynamic technology workforce – Goal 3 of the California Technology Strategic Plan, Vision 2020.
