As in past years, the State of California Cybersecurity Education Summit, scheduled for Oct. 20-21, has been designed to gather and educate California’s cybersecurity professionals about the latest issues, technologies and developments. Specifically, the event will focus on those whose job functions and expertise range from highly technical to executive level.
Sponsored by Sacramento State University in cooperation with the California Cybersecurity Integration Center (Cal CSIC), this year’s virtual summit expects to exceed the high standards set by previous summits, offering attendees an opportunity to meet the nation’s leading solution providers and discover the latest products and services for enterprise cyber defense. As in past years, the virtual event will be content-rich with proven strategies and practical tools and templates for transforming information technology and information security operations.
For the second consecutive year, the California Cybersecurity Summit will climax with the Leadership Awards, a ceremony that recognizes individuals from California State Government for their contributions, best practices and outstanding works in the field.
