February 2, 2022 — Each January, CDT publishes an annual report that measures the performance of the state IT community, and 2021 was a busy year. California’s Security Operations Center blocked over 400 million malicious probes per day. The state’s technology and public health departments contributed to pandemic response by launching MyTurn and the Digital COVID-19 Vaccine Record portal. And through historic partnership, the Governor’s Office launched the Middle-Mile Broadband initiative to expand broadband access to unserved and underserved communities.
