October 5, 2022 – At OTech, we know how important it is to invest in the right tools for the job and your feedback helps us make sure we’re offering what you need most. We’ve been hard at work over the last few months interviewing and surveying customers to sharpen our insights. On October 25, OTech will hold a Business Partner Forum to reveal what we’ve learned. Our goal is to use this greater understanding to improve our tools and services.
We are continuing to assess the Data Center’s operational business model. Your participation in our surveys helps drive key decisions on how to sustain and improve our ability to successfully support our customers.
