July 12, 2023 – Are you interested in delivering successful IT projects or expanding your knowledge of Project Delivery? On August 2, CDT will launch a Project Delivery Community of Practice (PDCoP) with the aim of uniting IT professionals across the state. Whether you’re a Project Manager or team member, we invite you to join us as we exchange ideas, share lessons learned and templates and tools, and stay up to date with the latest best practices.
The PDCoP will connect you with peers within California state government to enhance your capabilities and expertise that can be applied within your organization. These quarterly meetings will serve as an excellent platform to meet and exchange ideas with like-minded professionals. Upcoming presentations include topics such as project outcomes and agile lessons learned.
